WHAT IS PAS 2030?

PAS 2030 is a standard that ensures the installation of energy efficiency measures are carried out to a high quality to help buildings become carbon neutral.

PAS 2030:2019 was launched to help rid the industry of pop-up ‘cowboy’ installation businesses that wanted to draw down as much public funding as possible without carrying out quality installations.

PAS 2030 is a standard that ensures the installation of energy efficiency measures are carried out to a high quality to help buildings become carbon neutral.

Green Hub has been designed to take the headache away from PAS2030/35 paperwork. It simplifies the process of gaining and maintaining certification.

WHY WOULD I NEED PAS 2030

Gaining PAS 2030 certification has many benefits. These include:

A large part of meeting the standard for PAS 2030 is having a system in place to collate the right documentation for each installation. This demonstrates that you are following the standard as well as having a ‘paper trail’ for post assessments when required.

Green Hub houses all of these documents in one place, with version history and dashboards to report your progress. Green Hub is compliant with PAS 2030 and helps installation companies capture the relevant information they need to meet the PAS 2030 standard ready for assessment with their Certification Body.

Want to manage PAS and MCS in one place? Green Hub does that too!

HOW GREEN HUB WORKS FOR PAS 2030 CERTIFICATION

1

When creating your account, there will be a set-up phase where you can enter all of your people, tools and company information and store this.

This data then provides the foundations of your competency as a company to ensure you meet the PAS 2030 standard. This will only need to be updated when there are new team members or a change in company-related documents.

2

You will then need to read through all of the procedures to ensure you understand, follow and accept these.

Standard to all of our packages we provide a two hour training session to ensure that you are confident in using Green Hub.

3

For each new job, you will create a new installation record with an area to document all necessary information, including retrofit design, method statement, materials used, and feedback. Installation companies across the UK are already benefiting from our QMS.
